9/25/2023 The windows of the main house and addition were competed back in the 1990’s. Over the course of the last 20-25 years many of the windows have taken a beating. The design of many are not robust for a fraternity house. The biggest problem we have noticed is the minor plastic edges that fit together when they close start to warp. Once this happens the trim around the window starts to pull away from the glass itself and the windows no longer latch. This because a security problem for windows that are accessible from the ground. We received quotes and decided to only replace the windows that we absolutely necessary at this time. Phase 1 was completed just before the 60th anniversary and D&W Windows did a great job!
