12/18/2002 After years of battling reoccurring water damage in the foyer from leaky pipes in the OQ, our most recent project is the OQ bathroom. We performed a complete bathroom tear down, removing the floor and taking the walls to the studs. All of the pluming and sewer lines were replaced, and the showers were replaced with formed one-piece basins. New, larger and more durable tile was laid on the floor while wall tile was mounted halfway up the walls all around the bathroom.
