Main House Roof ’05

2005
The Main House roof was in dire need of replacement. Many leaks have surfaced through out the years and the roof was not properly ventilated. With the replacement of the HVAC system, we decided now is the time for the roof to be replaced so we would have proper protection from the temperature and elements outside. The roof was stripped down to the cedar and new new slate looking architectural shingles were installed. With the installation of the new roof, we were able to add proper ventilation to extend the life of the roof and provide better temperature control in the fourth floor of the house. Copper valleys and a new copper chimney were installed to extend the life of the chimney and roof valleys.
