1/17/2023 With most of the house being renovated it was time to move on to the kitchen area. The old fluorescent lighting, drop ceiling and deteriorated flooring it was time for a refresh. Over Christmas break 2022 to 2023 we took advantage of the 3 week downtime to renovated the kitchen. Leaks from the old dishwasher had rotted out the wall and with no exhaust fan the drop ceiling was in rough shape. The gas lines were consolidated to gain some shelving space, a drywall ceiling was installed and all lighting was upgrades to LED’s. Th layout is the same but all electrical is updated and the old steam pipes have now all been removed.
