11/29/2010 With the upper addition livable it was time to move on to the lower addition. The BRA/BMA was gutted at the same time due to a new closet layout. Before, the closets were very deep and because of that the rooms were smaller. Now the closets are just deep enough for clothes and the rooms seem much bigger. Since we have the forced air in the addition the heating loop for the old radiators was also removed and relocated in the hallway out of site, since the cafeteria is the only area where radiators are still used. The BRA was wired for internet, cable, and a smoke detector and will is livable for the Fall 2010 term.
