5/20/2022 The penthouse walkway is in dire need of repair as you can see from the photos. There was some T111 warping, the carpet was almost all the way down, and the gutters was deteriorated. There is also concern that if we prolong this repair any more, we could be at risk for a leak in the pines. Luckily, we completed the project before any issues arose and the finished product looks great. The President of House Corp is working with new contractors now to receive quotes and will begin the final steps of the planning process once the quotes are received.
