2016 As most of you can imagine, the price of insurance continues to go up every year. With the risk at Fraternity houses we pay a premium for insurance and we continuously evaluate any way it can be reduced without compromising the quality of the policy. Recently HQ provided a list of what could be done in order to reduce insurance by certain percentages. One of those items was security cameras on the exterior of the house. With the help of the undergrads we were able to hard wire a closed system that can record continuously for up to 1 month. This along with another couple of items should allow Zeta Theta to take advantage of a discount around $1600/year! As technology advances and becomes more accessible, the undergrads thought it was time for a serious upgrade in the houses security system. They installed 4 cameras around the house that gives them a 360 degree view of what’s going on.
