12/20/2010 With the BRA finished the focus was directed to the 3 way because of a certain major renovation to the BMA. Since the Old crib room has already been slightly renovated before we wanted to keep the wood floor that has held up so well. The room was gutted and all new electrical was run including fire, cable and internet. Currently the 3 Way is completed and livable.
